Inference procurement
Compare model rights, compute options, workload quality, data terms and full costs. Keep external alternatives and the no-change option visible; a provider is not appointed by a comparison.
Machine-intelligence tasks
Agree a useful output, permitted sources and a qualified reviewer. A successful request is not proof that the answer is correct or the task is complete.
Robotics service support
Prepare cited instructions, draft checklists and open questions for technician review. This is not autonomous diagnosis, machine control or safety certification.
Operating continuity
Keep configuration, access, dependencies, review dates, incident duties and handover explicit. Specialist regulated work still requires its own qualified or licensed principal.
Shared support. Separate company records.
Your company retains its primary product, service or operating capability. The intended Skyzai workspace supports that company’s own work, records and handoffs.
Reusable support does not mean pooled private records, shared credentials, common budgets or transferred management authority. Any shared purchasing or infrastructure mandate must be separately agreed.
Asset origination remains at Aureus.
Aureus is the asset originator for proposed equity, debt, land, infrastructure, commodities and art, alongside AUg and XFIAT. Menexus supports the relevant business and project work through separately agreed coordination.
An asset owner, originator, issuer, provider and operator each retain their defined responsibilities. Preparing evidence does not establish an issued instrument or eligibility for XFIAT.

Data-centre development remains a separate study with its allocation and operating role unresolved. It is not the equipment-as-a-service offer or a prerequisite for a useful machine-intelligence task. Aureus's financial origination remains separate.
