Cortex holds the permitted record of evidence and commitments. Menexus delivers and coordinates the services it expressly contracts to provide, with each provider’s responsibilities identified.
A company must stand behind the agreement.
The intended contracting company is Menexus GmbH. Current register details, signing capacity and the scope of each agreement must be confirmed before external use. A product name or an AI cannot take the place of a responsible contracting party.
