What is available.

Two different tests remain separate.
The Cortex record pilot tests a permitted shared record. The XAAS pilot tests a contracted service relationship. Passing either would not establish the other's readiness. This migration completes neither.

Current corporate and signer evidence, legal/privacy text, controller/contact details, provider and hosting responsibilities, retention, regulatory review, exact-build approval and publication authorization must be completed. Local QA cannot clear those decisions.
