Imagine a small equipment manufacturer receiving repeated reports of cleaning robots stopping near the same doorway. Its customer wants the problem resolved, not another isolated report.
A technician shares a relevant qualification and availability—not their whole personal history. The service team traces diagnosis, parts and the authorized repair. Operating records show the pattern; tests investigate the cause. A later comparison checks whether it improved.

Menexus GmbH is the company through which a customer would discuss and contract an agreed service. The intended place to manage it is Skyzai, with individual, organization and machine contexts.
Menexus GmbH operates apu.bot, a Skyzai product for conversation and an evolving outline. Its website AI guide is separate from fictional examples—and from this site's local guide. A Menexus service workspace is not established by an APU preview.
Pay for useful work. Not for surrendering your records.
A defined service
Proposed fees cover agreed setup and bounded recurring work. Every fee and separate provider cost is explained before you agree.
A distinct APU model
APU's planned usage pricing is separate from Menexus programmes. Read its own packaging and current billing status.
Your records are not the revenue model
Menexus does not earn by selling your records or taking a hidden cut. A new use needs its own purpose and lawful basis.
Start small. Prove something useful.
One proposed paid 30-day pilot with a hardware provider, one recurring problem and agreed measures. No participant or available offer is announced.
The fuller Skyzai experience is a longer-term direction. A useful service should not require a complete life profile or a whole-company setup.
Separate product website with a source-grounded AI guide and fictional samples. Read its own availability and data-handling notices.
A few practical questions.
Can I buy or enrol today?
Not yet. This site explains the direction and proposed pilot; it has no checkout, service account or enrolment.
Is Menexus an insurer or a clinic?
No such role follows from the names. Specialist work belongs with appropriately qualified providers. Insurance requires an actual applicable contract and the necessary regulatory clearance.
Are Assure, Insure and Ensure assigned to different people?
No. They describe evidence, agreed work and optional coverage. Each may be relevant to an individual, organization or machine-related service.
Will my personal overview be shared with my employer?
No default sharing is proposed. A work role does not grant access to health, genetics, beliefs or affiliations. Consent does not override legal restrictions.
Where would I manage a service?
The intended connected workspace is Skyzai. Its account, the Menexus agreement and specific permissions are separate. No connected service workspace is offered here.
