Cortex holds the permitted record of evidence and commitments. Menexus delivers and coordinates the services it expressly contracts to provide, with each provider’s responsibilities identified.
This is the intended relationship between the record and the service, not a claim of an operating integration. A record does not itself authorize a test, insurance decision, purchase or deployment.

Can I buy or enrol today?
No. Services are in development. There is no public account, checkout, application form or active service on this site.
Is Menexus an insurer or a clinic?
The names do not confer either role. Clinical work belongs with appropriately qualified providers. Any insurance-related workflow requires regulatory review before it can be offered.
Does one face share my data with another?
No automatic sharing is proposed. Each use requires its own lawful purpose and applicable permission; permission alone does not override a legal restriction.
