Assure, Insure and Ensure describe the three planned service directions. They do not establish clinical credentials, insurance permissions, infrastructure capacity or the authority of an AI.
Records and responsibility.
Cortex holds the permitted record of evidence and commitments. Menexus delivers and coordinates the services it expressly contracts to provide, with each provider’s responsibilities identified.
The person or organization with the applicable mandate remains responsible for acceptance and consequential decisions. Tests and stored records do not manufacture that mandate.

Three service directions
Menexus is developing services for people (Me · Assure), companies (We · Insure) and AI organizations (They · Ensure): relationships you can verify, rely on and exit.
Nothing is live yet
No service, purchase, account or enrolment is available. Provider, programme and regulatory requirements are settled before anything is offered.
Evidence for a purpose, not a score
Assure concerns evidence for a purpose you name, never a general rating of a person. Employers and insurers get no access to personal genetic evidence, consent does not override the law, and Menexus is not a clinic.
Not an insurer
Insure describes planned service programmes around products. Menexus does not underwrite risk; any insurance element would come from a licensed insurer, after qualified review of the actual arrangement.
Continuity, not guarantees
Ensure concerns keeping AI workloads recoverable when something fails. It is not a promise of uptime or a claim to run large-scale cloud infrastructure.
The record and the service
Cortex holds the permitted record of evidence and commitments. Menexus delivers and coordinates the services it expressly contracts to provide, with each provider’s responsibilities identified. This is the intended relationship, not a live integration.
