You are not a score.
Assure is a planned way to make a particular result or qualification checkable, with its source, date and limits attached. It is not a judgment of character or a universal good, bad, fit or unfit score.
Genetic testing kits are the proposed first area of work. No kit, test or clinical service is available here. Provider, lawful purpose, counselling and data-handling requirements must be settled before an offer.
How assurance is intended to work.

Choose the check
Name the question and decide whether the proposed check is appropriate. A qualified provider performs any regulated work.

Keep the evidence
Retain the source, method, date, limitations and agreed retention terms with the result.

Share a limited answer
Where lawful, choose a named recipient and purpose. Share only what that purpose requires—not an automatic copy of every record.

Check and correct
A recipient should be able to inspect who issued the answer, when it was assessed, what is uncertain and whether it has been corrected.
Different questions need different evidence.
Genetics and laboratory results
Proposed genetic, blood, hormone and metabolic pathways need provider and jurisdiction review. Menexus is not presented as a treating clinician, laboratory or diagnostic authority.
Skills and performance
Fitness, language and role qualifications answer different questions. Any future check needs a defined scope and disclosed limitations, not a ranking of people.
Setting and roles
Location, environment and membership can matter to a specific question. That does not justify continuous tracking or unrestricted access to personal records.
Your evidence has boundaries.
No employer or insurer access to personal genetic evidence is offered or implied. Consent does not override a legal restriction. Other Menexus services do not gain access simply because they share the name.
Future disclosures must identify purpose, recipient, minimum information and expiry. Revoking future access cannot erase information a recipient has already received.
A dated answer, not a permanent label.
A result can become outdated, a skill can change and a role can end. The proposed record keeps dates, scope, correction and uncertainty visible; a new result should not quietly overwrite the old one.
Take it with you.
Before launch, the programme must specify documented, interoperable export formats for records you are entitled to receive, alongside retention, correction, deletion and third-party obligations. Portability is a requirement to demonstrate, not a working export service today.
