Evidence. Agreed work. Clear responsibility.

Start with the support you need, not a bundle. Know who does the work, how it is checked and what happens if circumstances change.

Status Planned experience. Services and the connected Skyzai workspace are in development.

What the status labels mean
On this page

Three functions. Any relevant view.

Assure, Insure, Ensure: review the evidence, check any relevant protection, then follow through on agreed work. Each can apply to all three views. Relevance does not mean availability; none is automatically bundled.

Assure · What can you rely on?

Evidence supports a particular decision. It does not certify a whole person, company or machine.

The question

State the purpose and what the evidence needs to establish.

The source

Keep issuer, method, date, context and limitations beside the answer.

The uncertainty

Show disagreement, unknowns and what another check could establish.

Insure · What loss is actually covered?

Insurance is optional. When an actual applicable policy exists, identify the insurer, beneficiary, covered loss, conditions, exclusions and claim route. If coverage has not been established, say so.

Check any relevant protection before acting. Insure's position in the flow does not require an insurance purchase before Assure or Ensure can be useful.

A warranty, refund, maintenance obligation or service credit is not an insurance policy. Menexus is not made a carrier by the name Insure. No new insurance offer or intermediation service is available on this website.

Ensure · Who will do what?

Follow-through is more than a plan. It is not a promise that you will obey advice or that every outcome is guaranteed.

Controlled work

Name the performer, task, timing and dependencies they can actually control.

Completion check

Agree what will count as completion and who checks it.

Missed commitment

Define escalation, remedy and the point to stop or change the plan.

Read the agreement before you agree.

  1. 01

    Purpose and scope

The objective, beneficiary, work included and work excluded.

  2. 02

    People and providers

Who buys, who pays, who benefits, who performs and who can approve.

  3. 03

    Timing and price

Dates, disclosed fees, external costs and how changes are agreed.

  4. 04

    Checks, remedy and exit

Completion evidence, exceptions, escalation, cancellation and handover.

One relationship. Different responsibilities.

The customer

Agrees the scope and supplies the permissions needed.

The performer

Remains responsible for the work undertaken, including specialist obligations.

Menexus

Coordinates only the work it expressly contracts to provide.

The approver

Permits consequential changes within an actual mandate. An account or AI suggestion is not that mandate.

Keep completion and outcome separate.

A service receipt records work performed. Independent outcome evidence asks whether the agreed problem improved. Both matter; neither should impersonate the other.

The intended Cortex record holds accepted evidence and history. Nexus derives only the context allowed for one purpose and one consumer. APU can assist; it does not silently accept records or approve action.

Plan for the work that does not go to plan.

Specify the response owner, escalation time, rework and any agreed refund or service credit. Disputes and changed requirements should not disappear into a confident summary.

A remedy is limited to the contract and actor’s control. Faults, professional negligence, non-adherence and uninsured loss are different.

Leave with a clear handover.

Before starting, identify notice, cancellation, remaining obligations, equipment return, export rights and lawful retention.

Revoke future access and explain what cannot be recalled from a recipient. A new provider needs a new specific permission.

Pay for the work that is agreed.

No numeric prices or binding terms are published yet. APU has its own planned usage model; its margin does not apply automatically to Menexus programmes.

Setup

A defined initial scope, preparation and handover.

Continuing work

Bounded recurring coordination or service tasks, where useful.

External costs

Professional, equipment and other provider costs shown separately.

No hidden record business

Every fee is disclosed. Menexus does not sell records or take a hidden provider cut.
