Menexus · Supporting strategy

Technology Development

Evaluate and improve the systems, integrations and automation needed for an agreed task, with recovery and replacement in view.

Strategy

Qualify one workflow before extending automation.

Assure. Define the workload, interfaces, source versions and quality, cost and permission requirements. Compare representative tasks and failure cases with the ordinary workflow.

Insure. Have appropriate parties verify effective protection for the agreed technology exposures and the conditions that must be maintained. A successful technical test is not insurance evidence.

Ensure. Implement only the accepted changes, evaluate their operation, handle exceptions and carry out agreed maintenance, recovery and handover.

Proposed deliverables

  • Workflow baseline and representative acceptance cases.
  • Implementation proposal with interfaces, permissions and protection gaps.
  • Evaluation record, maintenance ownership and recovery/exit plan.

Illustrative workflow. For an AI-assisted renewal pack, test whether the system finds the correct notice period, cites the applicable contract version and refuses to invent missing terms. Compare review effort and full cost with the existing process.

Begin with one defined organisational workflow, actual source rights, accountable participants and agreed review criteria. This is a development strategy, not a service available to purchase through this website.

K · Measurement designs

KPIs

Three measures. No operating results yet.

Accepted task resultsNot measured
Tasks meeting the agreed correctness and usefulness criteria, divided by every task in the pre-agreed evaluation set. Report missing and unscored results separately; neither counts as an accepted result. An all-unknown response cannot count as useful success.
Unit: Percentage of the pre-agreed evaluation task set · Technology Development
Operating failuresNot measured
Failed runs divided by all runs in the agreed window, with severity, recovery and unavailable evidence reported separately.
Unit: Failure rate and severity · Technology Development
Full lifecycle costNot measured
Preparation, integration, tools, review, retries, correction, upkeep and exit cost per accepted task. Compare equivalent acceptable work.
Unit: Agreed reporting currency per accepted task · Technology Development

All results are Not measured. Before a pilot, freeze the source set and complete evaluation task set, independent evaluator, review window, correctness and usefulness rubric, complete costs, equivalent baseline and success thresholds. Missing observations are not zero; a zero denominator is not success.

A · Required participants

Agents, skills & competences

Capabilities to qualify—not an appointed service team.

Workflow and interface designRequired skill · Capacity not established

Input. A customer task, current process, interfaces and permitted sources.

Output. A bounded implementation proposal and acceptance cases.

Responsible role. Customer process owner and technical integration owner.

Needs. Actual system access, requirements and permission boundaries.

Proposed competence check. Map the selected task to its inputs, interfaces, allowed actions and representative failure cases without requesting unnecessary access.

Agent and system evaluationRequired skill · Capacity not established

Input. Frozen tasks, source/configuration versions and actual run evidence.

Output. Correctness, usefulness, failure and cost comparison.

Responsible role. A competent evaluator with independent review.

Needs. Equivalent baseline, complete costs and a defined scoring rubric.

Proposed competence check. Score representative outputs for correctness and usefulness against the same baseline, with failures and complete costs retained.

Maintenance and recoveryRequired skill · Capacity not established

Input. Accepted implementation, operating limits and observed exceptions.

Output. Corrections, recovery checks and usable replacement/handover.

Responsible role. An appointed technical maintainer.

Needs. Approved changes, resources and tested recovery arrangements.

Proposed competence check. Demonstrate a scoped correction, recovery and handover on the accepted configuration while preserving the required records and review trail.

For any agreed engagement, the customer process owner and appointed Menexus delivery owner would each remain responsible for their defined duties. The skills described here require competent performers and reviewers; they are not evidence of staffed or deployed capacity. Agents may organise, compare, flag and propose within actual permissions. An appropriate reviewer checks each scoped output against its evidence and acceptance criteria; no result is claimed here.

Appropriate insurance parties and competent policy review are required for the agreed exposures. A comparison, warranty or accepted residual risk does not establish insurance. Purchases, cancellations, disclosure, policy changes and machine actions need their actual approvals.

Information & wisdom

The records the work needs—and the lessons worth keeping.

Information required

  • The existing workflow, representative tasks, interfaces and source/configuration versions.
  • Quality, usefulness, access, budget and failure-handling requirements.
  • Actual test/run evidence, complete lifecycle costs and maintenance/recovery arrangements.

Competence to demonstrate

Competence requires an implementation that meets the agreed task criteria, handles specified failures and can be maintained or replaced by the appointed technical maintainer. An independent reviewer checks the evidence.

Wisdom to develop

A convincing demonstration is not an operating qualification. Preserve failing cases and unknowns; extend automation only where accepted results and full cost justify it. Reviewed lessons may improve a method, never silently change a live system.

These are proposed methods, not a proven operating knowledge base. Reviewed lessons can inform a new proposal; they do not silently change records, permissions, policy terms or live systems. Reuse methods without sharing another customer's private context.

Responsibilities & exit

The proposed Menexus work is integration, evaluation, maintenance and recovery around the customer’s production process, not operating a factory or supplying turnkey production. A diagram or prototype does not make an organisation AI-ready. Actual use needs accepted task results, suitable permissions and operating support. This website deploys no automation or integrations.

Agree scope, source rights, actual performers, full costs, effective protection and acceptance criteria before work. Keep unmet cover and delivery requirements explicit. Define escalation, correction, handover and usable exit; a report, KPI or AI consensus does not authorise a consequential act.

The commercial starting point is a defined assessment/setup duty, followed by separately agreed recurring work where useful. Menexus fees, tools/compute, professional costs, insurance premiums and provider remuneration remain distinct. Disclose ties and preserve the no-change option; no price or saving is promised.

Supporting software

An operational mirror connects the permitted records, roles, processes, assets and dependencies needed for one task. Nexus is separate supporting software: it combines Cortex’s source-bound records and history with permitted connections. Each recipient receives context limited to an agreed purpose. Skyzai is the intended workspace and market; their use together for a customer workflow still needs to be qualified.

The wider Marketsphere vision connects organisations with suitable machine intelligence, products and services. Menexus's role is its own defined supporting work. Individual, organisation and embodied-product context models remain Nexus/Cortex material. This static site retrieves no private context and writes no memory.

Discuss AI readiness.

Start with the workflow you want to improve.

Keep your first message non-sensitive. Availability, scope, costs, performers and responsibilities are agreed separately; an enquiry is not an engagement or insurance application.
