Strategy
Capability is not permission to act.
Assure. Map task requirements to evidenced competence, availability, supervision and operating constraints. Distinguish a proposed agent skill from a capability that has actually been qualified.
Insure. Align the agreed professional and operational exposures with effective applicable protection. Keep human, provider and machine responsibilities distinct; preserve unmet cover requirements.
Ensure. Allocate only accepted work within actual access and budget limits. Review performance, improve capability and withdraw resources or permissions when required.
Proposed deliverables
- Task-to-capability and supervision map.
- Explicit operating limits and reviewed protection requirements.
- Performance review, exception handling and orderly withdrawal plan.
Illustrative workflow. A document assistant prepares a source-backed draft; a customer owner checks it; an authorised person decides whether to act. A model, compute service or robot is admitted only for the task it has been qualified to perform.
Begin with one defined organisational workflow, actual source rights, accountable participants and agreed review criteria. This is a development strategy, not a service available to purchase through this website.
K · Measurement designs
KPIs
Three measures. No operating results yet.
- Qualified role allocationNot measured
- Allocated roles with evidence of every required capability, divided by all allocated roles. Unverified competence remains a gap.
- Out-of-scope actionsNot measured
- Actions beyond the actual task, access or budget permission, reported by count and severity. Missing observation is not evidence of zero incidents.
- Resource effort and costNot measured
- Human effort and full resource cost per accepted outcome, including supervision, retries and correction. Report effort and money separately.
All results are Not measured. Before a pilot, freeze the source set and complete evaluation task set, independent evaluator, review window, correctness and usefulness rubric, complete costs, equivalent baseline and success thresholds. Missing observations are not zero; a zero denominator is not success.
A · Required participants
Agents, skills & competences
Capabilities to qualify—not an appointed service team.
Task-to-capability matchingRequired skill · Capacity not established
Input. Task needs and actual competence, availability and operating evidence.
Output. Role-to-task fit, capability gaps and supervision needs.
Responsible role. A customer owner and qualified resource reviewer.
Needs. Evidenced capabilities and actual available resources.
Proposed competence check. Support each role-to-task match with relevant capability evidence, availability and supervision needs; retain unverified requirements as gaps.
Supports Intelligent Resources ↗Bounded allocationRequired skill · Capacity not established
Input. Accepted work, actual permissions, budget and stop conditions.
Output. A reviewable allocation proposal with explicit limits.
Responsible role. An appointed resource coordinator and actual approver.
Needs. A designated accountable approver, agreed task and access permissions, budget limits and usable stop controls.
Proposed competence check. Show how a proposed allocation stays within the actual purpose, access, budget and stop conditions, with consequential acts separately approved.
Supports Intelligent Resources ↗Performance and withdrawal reviewRequired skill · Capacity not established
Input. Accepted outputs, independent observations and full cost records.
Output. Performance findings, development needs and orderly withdrawal.
Responsible role. A competent reviewer and accountable resource owner.
Needs. Agreed cadence, usable handover and revocation arrangements.
Proposed competence check. Reconstruct accepted outcomes and full resource cost, and demonstrate an orderly withdrawal with the agreed handover and permissions removed.
Supports Intelligent Resources ↗For any agreed engagement, the customer process owner and appointed Menexus delivery owner would each remain responsible for their defined duties. The skills described here require competent performers and reviewers; they are not evidence of staffed or deployed capacity. Agents may organise, compare, flag and propose within actual permissions. An appropriate reviewer checks each scoped output against its evidence and acceptance criteria; no result is claimed here.
Appropriate insurance parties and competent policy review are required for the agreed exposures. A comparison, warranty or accepted residual risk does not establish insurance. Purchases, cancellations, disclosure, policy changes and machine actions need their actual approvals.
Information & wisdom
The records the work needs—and the lessons worth keeping.
Information required
- Task requirements, evidenced human/machine capabilities and actual availability.
- Actual permissions, budgets, supervision, stop conditions and relevant protection requirements.
- Accepted outputs, independent performance observations and handover/revocation records.
Competence to demonstrate
Required capabilities are demonstrated on the scoped task, limits are respected, supervision works and the resource can be stopped or withdrawn without losing the agreed handover.
Wisdom to develop
Capability is not permission. A successful model output does not create a role, approve spending or authorise a machine. Review each lesson before changing task allocation or operating limits; keep human employment duties distinct.
These are proposed methods, not a proven operating knowledge base. Reviewed lessons can inform a new proposal; they do not silently change records, permissions, policy terms or live systems. Reuse methods without sharing another customer's private context.
Responsibilities & exit
Intelligent Resources is Menexus's proposed extension of Porter's human-resources category. Employment duties remain distinct from managing machines. An agent name or skill profile creates no appointment, competence, access or spending authority.
Agree scope, source rights, actual performers, full costs, effective protection and acceptance criteria before work. Keep unmet cover and delivery requirements explicit. Define escalation, correction, handover and usable exit; a report, KPI or AI consensus does not authorise a consequential act.
The commercial starting point is a defined assessment/setup duty, followed by separately agreed recurring work where useful. Menexus fees, tools/compute, professional costs, insurance premiums and provider remuneration remain distinct. Disclose ties and preserve the no-change option; no price or saving is promised.
Supporting software
An operational mirror connects the permitted records, roles, processes, assets and dependencies needed for one task. Nexus is separate supporting software: it combines Cortex’s source-bound records and history with permitted connections. Each recipient receives context limited to an agreed purpose. Skyzai is the intended workspace and market; their use together for a customer workflow still needs to be qualified.
The wider Marketsphere vision connects organisations with suitable machine intelligence, products and services. Menexus's role is its own defined supporting work. Individual, organisation and embodied-product context models remain Nexus/Cortex material. This static site retrieves no private context and writes no memory.

Keep your first message non-sensitive. Availability, scope, costs, performers and responsibilities are agreed separately; an enquiry is not an engagement or insurance application.
