S · Proposed method

Strategy

Make supporting duties visible and accountable.

Assure. Reconcile permitted contracts, records, responsibilities and material controls. Preserve sources, dates, disagreements and missing information in a reviewable baseline.

Insure. Map the agreed operational exposures to effective applicable policies, reviewed by appropriate insurance parties. Keep limits, exclusions, notification duties and uncovered requirements visible.

Ensure. Carry out the administrative duties actually agreed, maintain the relevant calendar, coordinate competent specialists and check completion against acceptance criteria.

Proposed deliverables

  • Source-linked obligation and responsibility map.
  • Reviewed protection requirements, applicable terms and unresolved gaps.
  • Agreed duty calendar, exception process and usable handover.

Illustrative workflow. Before automating a supplier-renewal workflow, identify who owns each contract, which notices are due, who can approve a change and which records support the decision. Missing terms remain open questions.

Begin with one defined organisational workflow, actual source rights, accountable participants and agreed review criteria. This is a development strategy, not a service available to purchase through this website.

K · Measurement designs

KPIs

Three measures. No operating results yet.

Obligation correctnessNot measured
Material obligations independently checked as captured correctly, divided by obligations in the frozen required source set. Report missing or disputed items separately.
Unit: Percentage of required material obligations · Firm Infrastructure
On-time dutiesNot measured
Agreed duties completed with acceptance evidence by their deadline, divided by duties due in the review window. Include overdue and blocked duties in the report.
Unit: Percentage of duties due · Firm Infrastructure
Open control gapsNot measured
Unresolved significant control gaps, reported by severity and days open. A gap is not closed simply because it has been assigned.
Unit: Gap count, severity and days open · Firm Infrastructure

All results are Not measured. Before a pilot, freeze the source set and complete evaluation task set, independent evaluator, review window, correctness and usefulness rubric, complete costs, equivalent baseline and success thresholds. Missing observations are not zero; a zero denominator is not success.

A · Required participants

Agents, skills & competences

Capabilities to qualify—not an appointed service team.

Evidence and obligation reviewRequired skill · Capacity not established

Input. Permitted contracts, records and a defined workflow.

Output. Source-linked obligations, responsible roles, conflicts and unknowns.

Responsible role. Customer process owner and competent evidence reviewer.

Needs. Source rights, versioned records and a reviewed scope.

Proposed competence check. Reconstruct a material obligation and deadline from the correct source version, keeping disagreement or missing applicability explicit.

Duty coordinationRequired skill · Capacity not established

Input. Accepted duties, deadlines and actual appointments.

Output. Work calendar, completion records, exceptions and escalation.

Responsible role. An appointed Menexus delivery owner and named performers.

Needs. Actual capacity, permissions and acceptance criteria.

Proposed competence check. Trace an accepted duty to its actual performer, deadline, completion evidence and any unresolved exception without treating an assignment as completion.

Control and outcome reviewRequired skill · Capacity not established

Input. Material control requirements and independently sourced work evidence.

Output. Reviewed gaps, accepted results and required corrections.

Responsible role. A competent reviewer, distinct from self-reported completion.

Needs. Agreed review criteria and access to sufficient evidence.

Proposed competence check. Distinguish an open control gap from an accepted result and trace any claimed closure to independently reviewable evidence.

For any agreed engagement, the customer process owner and appointed Menexus delivery owner would each remain responsible for their defined duties. The skills described here require competent performers and reviewers; they are not evidence of staffed or deployed capacity. Agents may organise, compare, flag and propose within actual permissions. An appropriate reviewer checks each scoped output against its evidence and acceptance criteria; no result is claimed here.

Appropriate insurance parties and competent policy review are required for the agreed exposures. A comparison, warranty or accepted residual risk does not establish insurance. Purchases, cancellations, disclosure, policy changes and machine actions need their actual approvals.

Information & wisdom

The records the work needs—and the lessons worth keeping.

Information required

  • Permitted contracts and applicable versions, notice dates and material obligations.
  • Actual process owners, approval roles, duty calendars and control requirements.
  • Source-linked work evidence, unresolved differences and missing records.

Competence to demonstrate

A permitted reviewer can reconstruct the material duties from the original records, identify the responsible person and distinguish accepted completion from an unsupported assertion.

Wisdom to develop

Treat extracted obligations as candidates until their source, applicability and accountable owner are reviewed. A more polished report does not repair a missing control. Reusable methods require separate review before adoption.

These are proposed methods, not a proven operating knowledge base. Reviewed lessons can inform a new proposal; they do not silently change records, permissions, policy terms or live systems. Reuse methods without sharing another customer's private context.

Responsibilities & exit

The customer retains its decisions and primary work. Menexus would be responsible for its own defined duties; professional opinions and insurance capacity require their actual competent providers.

Agree scope, source rights, actual performers, full costs, effective protection and acceptance criteria before work. Keep unmet cover and delivery requirements explicit. Define escalation, correction, handover and usable exit; a report, KPI or AI consensus does not authorise a consequential act.

The commercial starting point is a defined assessment/setup duty, followed by separately agreed recurring work where useful. Menexus fees, tools/compute, professional costs, insurance premiums and provider remuneration remain distinct. Disclose ties and preserve the no-change option; no price or saving is promised.

Supporting software

An operational mirror connects the permitted records, roles, processes, assets and dependencies needed for one task. Nexus is separate supporting software: it combines Cortex’s source-bound records and history with permitted connections. Each recipient receives context limited to an agreed purpose. Skyzai is the intended workspace and market; their use together for a customer workflow still needs to be qualified.

The wider Marketsphere vision connects organisations with suitable machine intelligence, products and services. Menexus's role is its own defined supporting work. Individual, organisation and embodied-product context models remain Nexus/Cortex material. This static site retrieves no private context and writes no memory.

Start with the workflow you want to improve.

Keep your first message non-sensitive. Availability, scope, costs, performers and responsibilities are agreed separately; an enquiry is not an engagement or insurance application.
